One of our customers was about to embark on a significant new tech development.
Whilst they rated their internal team and the selected supplier, they had concerns about the cost and required an external validation.
We carried out that validation and facilitated a couple of workshops so that our customer became more confident. The internal team had done a good job and the selected supplier was excellent.
They didn't really need us but we gave them confidence that they had done the right thing on what was a very expensive journey!
